Responsibilities and Duties
Dealer management
- Motivate dealers to meet the targets / order booking for the dealers
- Provide support to the dealers I sales activity
- Collection of outstanding from dealers
- Locate territories for appointment of new dealer
Brand Promotion
- Participate in all brand promotion activities in assigned territories
- Be thorough about brand characteristics and offering
- Develop network and relationship with influence community – Architects, Engineers, contractors, masons, end consultants.
Reporting
- Compliance to daily report and other business reporting
- Lead Generation, conversion and reporting
Required Experience, skills and qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Command over local language (Should be able to write, speak and read)
- Should possess good communication skills and go getter attitude
- Working knowledge of English, MS office, internet and email
- Willing to travel extensively by two-wheeler.

Responsibilities and Duties
Sales & Planning
- Achievement of Sales targets and collections with the help of dealer network.
- Lead the team of sales officers in the territory.
- At least 10 Days of retail run during a month.
- Tracking of lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor dealer performance and take action to improve the non-performing dealers; appoint new dealers in unrepresented areas.
- Increase market share through increase in reach and share of business.
- Forecast sales to assist procurement.
Sales Promotion:
- Execution of Dealer Schemes & Consumer Schemes as per company initiatives.
- Lead the conduct of Consumer Meets / Influencers Meet & Mason Meets etc that influence purchase behaviour.
Service aspects:
- Ensure consistency of order fulfillment for streamlined operations.
- Attending customer complaints/grievances and resolution.
